According to several latest issues, all governments around the world would probably face to fact that crime rate could rise rapidly due to the unexpected economic crisis; the guarantee for social safety and security, therefore, turns to be an urgent concern. When it comes to whether fixed punishments or flexible sentences should be established, different individuals hold conflict views. It is, personally, suggested that the combination of both could be a satisfactory solution.
Undoubtedly, fixed punishments pose a wealth of plus points. Firstly, it could remind people of social regulation and law enforcement power; thus, citizens would be deterred from committing crime, which could reduce the crime rate. Secondly, it helps judges, law-maker and other state apparatuses economize their time and cost in sentencing efficiently the offenders in each particular crime.
However, flexible punishments are more equal and humane. It is obvious that circumstance and motivation of illegal behaviors should be considered, especially for accidental or self-defending commitments. Providing that all human beings have the right to learn through their mistakes, competent people should give an opportunity for offenders to prove their defenses. At the same side with this point, Aristotle also composed his well known quote “Even when laws have been written down, they ought not always to remain unaltered”.
With all considerations, both fixed and flexible punishments have their own merits. While the former might be applied in standard regulations for social harmonization, the latter should be established and adjusted by the circumstance and motivation of each crime. Thus, the combination of both would create the legislation sufficiently.

VD: (despite the fact that, the more..., the more...; not only..., but also....; ) thay vì chỉ dùng liên từ that để tạo compound sentenses
---> as might be known, the worse + economic crisis is, the higher + crime rate is.
---> as a matter of fact, people recently have concernned not olny living expense buget, but also they have dificulty with the guarantee for social safety and security.
---> despite the fact that fixed punishments remind people of social regulation and law enforcement power, flexible punishments are more equal and humane
hay là:
---> although fix punishments create a wealth of plus points, it poses some severse disadvantage.
On the other hand.
2 đoạn cuối đọc lướt chưa hiểu ý lắm nhưng thấy đoạn kết dùng might, would, could làm yếu đi ý kiến của người viết.

Caller : Hello, can I speak to Annie Wan ?
Operator : Yes, you can speak to me.
Caller : No, I want to speak to Annie Wan !
... Operator : Yes I understand you want to speak to anyone. You can speak
to me. Who is this ?
Caller : I am Sam Wan. And I need to talk to Annie Wan! It’s urgent.
Operator : I know you are someone and you want to talk to anyone! But what’s this urgent matter about ?
Caller : Well.. just tell my sister Annie Wan that our brother Noe Wan was involved in an accident. Noe Wan got injured and now Noe Wan is being sent to the hospital. Right now, Avery Wan is on his way to the hospital.
Operator : Look, if no one was injured and no one was sent to the hospital, then the accident isn’t an urgent matter! You may find this hilarious but I don’t have time for this!
Caller : You are so rude! Who are you?
Operator : I’m Saw Ree.
Caller : Yes! You should be sorry. Now give me your name!!
Operator : That’s what I said. I’m Saw Ree

8 ways to tell he's in love with you:
1. He is attentive to your needs and wants: This goes
above and beyond just the fundamental needs and digs deep.
If he really loves you then he listens to even the
littlest thing and responds with something truly great. He
makes you your favorite dinner when you are too busy to
cook.
He brings you home a comforting item when you are sick or
have a bad day. He listens to you even when you don’t
realize and responds to the things that you need and want
to make you happy.
That’s true love!
2. He is willing to compromise on certain matters to make
you happy: This doesn’t mean that he rolls over for
everything, but he can see when something really matters
to you.
Love is about compromising sometimes if it means making
the other person happy. On the issues that really matter
to you or which you are truly passionate about, he tries
to meet you halfway and works with you to find a situation
or scenario that caters more to your happiness than to
your own.
3. He looks beyond your past and sees the future: We all
have a past, particularly when we reach a certain age.
A man that truly loves you is willing to look past bad
relationships, bad choices, and mistakes that you may have
made before him.
He isn’t threatened by previous relationships or even
marriages, but rather knows that this has shaped you into
the person that you are today.
This takes a real man and a true commitment and when you
find that, you know it’s a beautiful thing!
He sees a future with you in spite of what your past may
have been all about, and that means that he is truly
committed to you through deep love.
4. He accepts you for all that you are and does so
lovingly: Any man can say that he loves a woman, but does
he accept you for the woman that you are?
The older we get and the more life that we live, some men
may think that they can change a woman. To try and change
you is to make you into the person that he wishes that you
were-this isn’t love!
We all have something about us that is less than desirable
or perhaps frustrating or annoying. Rather than trying to
change you or conform you, he accepts you for all that you
are.
The good and the bad make you the individual that you are
and he wants the whole package, and that’s what real
commitment is all about.
5. He is in tune to what makes you happy and takes care of
you in only a way that he can do: He just gets you in a
way that only he can!
He understands what makes you tick and he knows what truly
makes you happy. It can be as simple as a favorite
restaurant for date night or helping out with a family
issue, but it’s the fact that he cares about making you
happy.
Some men get set in their ways as they get older and
happiness tends to revolve around what he wants.
To detect true and unconditional love, it’s all about his
ability and desire to do what he can to make you happy and
to take care of you-even when you don’t realize that you
need that!
6. He accepts your kids, your family, or your friends into
his life without question: At a certain point in your life
you have needs, commitments, or even people that become
your responsibility and a part of who you are.
The man that really truly loves you accepts this part of
you and makes it a part of his life. This may be children
from a previous marriage or caring for an aging parent.
He understands that you have these commitments, but more
importantly accepts them as part of you. They are not only
an important part of your life, but become an important
part of his as well.
True and deep commitment beyond just two people is what
love evolves into as you get older and live life a bit
more!
7. He is understanding of your character flaws or
drawbacks and accepts them as part of you: It’s not just
that you have a past, but perhaps you have some character
flaw that others may struggle with.
You may lack confidence or be just the opposite and be
super aggressive. You may lack patience or be a pushover.
Whatever the character flaw that you wish you could change
about yourself, he finds a way to love and support it.
He isn’t turned off by them but rather wants to help you
through them and commits to them with love and support.
8. He wants to support you and help you, even through your
darkest hour: Things happen in life that we may have never
imagined.
Perhaps you lose a job, have some serious financial
struggle, lose a loved one, or suffer from some health
problem-these are the things that happen in life far too
often.
He doesn’t run and isn’t scared off but runs into the
situation with you, arms open wide.
The man that can be there for you with support and
compassion through your darkest hour is the man who loves
you and is there for keeps.
True love is a wonderful thing when you find it, so hold
onto it and enjoy every minute of it!

F word is a very bad word, meaning ******* or ****..
khi mà ngừoi lớn nói chuyện trước mặt trẻ con thì ko dùng từ này, họ nói: don't say a F word in front of the child
You fucked me up : mày chơi tao , mày phá tao rồi đấy
Go and **** yourself: cút mẹ mày đi hay chết mẹ mày đi theo cái lối nặng nề
You're fucked: mày chết mẹ mày rồi. Mấy thằng xã hội đen mà túm được nạn nhân, trước khi dí súng nó hay nói thế đấy
shut your **** up: câm mẹ mày đi
don't you **** with me: đừng giỡn với tao
you're so ******* dead: mày chết thật rồiì..
