Ever wonder how come you have Zi Wei’s leadership (or a particular star’s special influence) but you don’t have Zi Wei (or that particular star) in your Life palace or SFSZ palaces? You may think your chart needs to be adjusted to daylight savings or whatever. However it could be due to influences as a result of flying huas from static stars (and your chart is still correct afterall)!


1) Zi Wei – Leadership & capability:

Zi Wei’s main influence is great leadership. When the Zi Wei star resides in Life or Career palace, it denotes the person has great leadership and work capabilities. If Zi Wei does not reside in main chart’s Life or Career palace, look at the Heavenly stem of the palace which Zi Wei resides in, if any of its LU QUAN KE fly to Life or Career palace, it also denotes the person has great leadership and work capabilities.

If Zi Wei star resides in Wealth/Health/Property/Happiness and any of its (LU QUAN KE) fly to Life and/or Career, it denotes the person is not naturally born a leader but will gain leadership skills later in life.

When any of Zi Wei’s good flying huas (LU QUAN KE) fly to Wealth palace, it denotes person is good with money and manages his wealth well.

When Zi Wei’s JI fly to any kinship palaces, it denotes person is not close to and constantly has a bad relationship with the person or people represented by the particular palace. But if the good flying huas fly into the palace opposite the particular kinship palace, there might be a good or positive side to the bad relationship. If Zi Wei’s JI fly into Friends, there will be a disgracing incident/blow in person’s life. Also applicable when decade/annual Career palace shifts to the square which Zi Wei resides in.

When Zi Wei’s JI fly to other palace, it denotes person lacks leadership and capability to achieve much in that aspect as represented by the palace.

2) Tian Ji – Intelligence, wisdom, strategy & compassion:

When Tian Ji resides in Life/Travel/Wealth/Career, we know the person is intelligence and charitable. But if Tian Ji doesn’t reside in Life or SFSZ, we can see using the flying huas of the stem of the square which Tian Ji resides in. If any of its good flying stars (LU QUAN KE) fly into Life or SFSZ, person is not naturally gifted to be intelligent but will gain intelligence and wisdom later in life. If its Hua Ji fly to Life/Travel/Wealth/Career, person is not smart and has difficulties in human relations.

When any of Tian Ji’s good huas (LU QUAN KE) fly to any kinship palaces, it denotes someone is highly intelligent among person’s social or family circle. For example, if it is Spouse palace, person’s wife is intelligent.

When Tian Ji’s JI fly to any kinship palaces, it denotes person is not close with the people or someone represented by the particular kinship palace and often those people/someone is a major source of headache for person. For example, Tian Ji’s JI fly into Parents, person is not close with his parents. Also applicable when Tian Ji’s JI flying to decade/annual kinship palaces, but the poor relationship is only in effect for that decade/year only.

A person whose birthchart has Tai Yang or Sun in Life/Travel/Career palace, means the person is righteous and loving but Sun must be brilliant or bright. If Sun is dim or dark, it means the person has the righteous intentions but seldom takes actions. When Sun is dim or dark, its positive influences will be greatly enhanced when attached with the 3 good flying catalyst stars. But if a dark/dim Sun is attached with JI, its situation/fortune will be worsened.

When Sun’s LU or KE fly to Life/Travel/Career, it denotes the person is righteous, energetic, loving and is capable when Sun is brilliant or bright. Whichever palace Wu Qu’s good flying huas (LU QUAN KE) fly to, also denotes where most of person’s wealth would be spent on.

A person whose birthchart has Wu Qu in his Life/Travel/Career, when not smiling, he/she looks cold and indifferent, character-wise would be strong, unyielding and prone to like physical sports, martial arts and the likes. He/she also likes to be alone and not close with people around him/her.

When Wu Qu resides in any of self palaces and any of its LU QUAN KE fly to Life/Career/Wealth/Property, it denotes person is naturally borned with prosperity luck and would amass great wealth and properties later in life.

When any of Tian Tong’s LU or KE fly to any kinship palaces, it denotes person manages well the relationship and communicates well with those people/someone (as represented by the particular kinship palaces) and his/her relationship with them is good and harmonious.

When Tian Tong’s QUAN fly to any kinship palaces, it denotes person manages well the relationship with those people (as represented by the particular kinship palaces) and his/her relationship with them is involving authority, eg; could be that those people/someone holds person in high regard or in a position with authority.
